QUESTA - Commands for profiling and save the configuration

What basic commands are used for profiling? I have read the manuals but I can't quite understand which ones to use.
I know that the configuration of the profiled information can be saved, can it be done with the .do file? Is it another separate file?
Help me how I can solve this issue, I am a beginner in this and with the help of the manuals it is not enough for me.
Thanks

To be honest, I am not familiar with profiling, as I have not come across anyone using it.

You could try checking out the Questa® SIM User's Manual, v2021.2 [Chapter 25 Classic Performance Profiler] to learn more about profiling.

Additionally, you could refer to the Questa® SIM Command Reference Manual to check for commands related to profiling.

You can find these manual by navigate to the Questa Tool, go to Help > Questa Sim - Intel FPGA Edition - PDF Bookcase.

I would recommend reaching out to Siemens for a better answer.
