Quartus II software has a database with the precise capacitance of every routing wire on the device?

I read in https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/wp/wp-01044.pdf

that Quartus II software has a database with the precise capacitance of every routing wire on the device? Does anyone have an idea how to get these info/database?
