Quartus Prime Lite Edition 19.1 hangs when trying to create a new file

I cant create a new bdf file or any type of file using the Quartus Prime Version 19.1. I have tried creating a project in another directory and tried uninstalling and re-installing Quartus but there is no change. Every time I click File => New, Quartus just hangs and doesnt give me any dialogue box.

Hi Thirumal,

 

I am not sure whats the issue maybe we can start from System and Software Requirements. Refer to link below for details and make sure you meet the spec for targeted device and Quartus.
