Quartus Prime Standard Fixed License Issue

Hello,

 

I have a Quartus Prime Version 23.1std.1 Build 993 installation with a perpetual license. However, the software is not recognizing the license file I have. When I point to the license file, I can see the available licenses. However, under the "Current License" section, the Host ID Type and Host ID Value are shown as "Not Found." I have attached a screenshot of my license setup window. I would appreciate any solution. Thank you.

When you generated the license, did you specify the MAC address of this computer correctly?  You can look at the top of the license.dat file to verify if it's correct or not.

Yes, it is correct.

 

I have generated a 90 days evaluation license file from the licensing centre and it works without issues. This means that quartus is not recognizing my perpetual license.

Thanks for getting back to me. I still have the issue and even send an email regarding this but didn't get a response. I am currently using a 3 month trial license. Could you please help me resolve this issue?
