Quartus fir ii IP core output data abnormality

I am developing a filtering project using an FPGA model of 10m08scu169c8g,and I am using a fir ii IP core to implement the filtering function.

This is the filter parameters and spectrogram that I set in Matlab:

This is my setting in the fir ii IP core:

This is my simulation result in modelsim:

But the output of my fir filter is like this:

I have checked the settings and parameter selection many times, and I am not sure where the problem lies. I request assistance from the community
