Questa Design Optimization Box has OK Disabled

Hi,

I'm new to Questa, and I'm trying to change the visibility options available in the Design Optimization Box.    However, the OK button is disabled, so I can't make any changes. 

I have tried it before and after simulation is started. 

I'm using it on Ubuntu 18.04 as part of the Quartus 21.3 release.   I'm using the Intel Starter Edition. 

What am I doing wrong?

Please see attached screen shot. 

Clicking OK does nothing.

Clicking Cancel returns "# Optimization canceled" in the console.

The "OK" button did not appear even after you select you file under the work library? Keep gray in color?

Is this issue intermittent or often? Would be great for a feedback, could be a bug.

Can you try to reinstalling the Questa and see if this can work.
