using megawizard function i created 1 port RAM ,in Simulation waveform editor, i m able to write data for each clock cycle,now is it possible to store these values in a MIF/HEX file.

Do you mean that you want to store the result of your simulation in a file? In that case you should be able to do it in VHDL with the textio library. 

If you rather want to initialize your memory with a MIF/HEX file that you provide, you can do it from the megawizard.
