What exactly do you mean?
The easiest way would be to buy an SD card reader and then copy the files from the PC to the SD card. I dont see how this relates to VHDL though, as it applies to any files?- Mark as New

I believe, this is the third time, the user is asking the same question. I guess he simply wants to know how to store an FPGA configuration non-volatile.
One possible method is described in the DE0 Users manual "Configuring the EPCS4 in AS Mode".
