Warning Message: Time Limited megafunction while programming the FPGA

While programming the CYCLONE V FPGA, that pop-up window is opening. Please anyone suggest why that warning message.

Hi,  

 This warning indicates that you are using some licensed IP core.  Which version of NIOS you are using? NIOS/e or NIOS/f ?

I am using NIOS/f version. Will affect my design process. Because i am unable to find elf file.
