blackjack code in quartus using cyclone II EP2C35F672C6 on Altera Board

can any one write or have a blackjack game code, that will be implemented all on an altera board?:( one display being your hand, other being dealers hand, and third display being the score. it can generate random numbers ex from 14-25 (if u know blackjack that makes sense) and dealers hand is generators randomly.  

 

willing to pay :( getting desperate
