cant read map(P)

Hello! I installed ModelSim Starter Edition 10d with sp1 and sp2 ( Quartus II 12.0sp2 already installed) . Windosw XP. all programms on disk d: . When I am trying to create ( or open )project it writes ModelSim Error: "can't read "map(P)": no such element in array. " 

 

I try to reinstall all programms. The same result. 

 

When I try to shut down ModelSim it asks ( Are you sure?) and does not react when I press YES. 

 

And after installation it created icons on working table, but did not create launches in  

Start Menu->programms. So I launch them from working table.  

 

I checked all system variables and I did not find variable $MODEL_TECH . Should it be there? And if yes what it be equal ? 

What to do? Huge programm is out of use on my PC.
