fatal error with quartus 10.1

hello, 

 after installing quartus 10.1 with permanent license and support evice and niosII.  on the pin planner, after define all pins group and begin to define pin location for IO  the followed message appear -------------------------------------------------------------------- *** Fatal Error: Access Violation at 00000000 Module: quartus.exeCould not obtain stack trace  Quartus II Version 10.1 Build 153 11/29/2010 SJ Full Version  -------------------------------------------------------------------------  thanks.  n.b : uninstall and re-install quartus 10.1 not solve the problem
