So I have the Quartus prime Lite edition and every time I go to run a functional simulation it gives me this error. How do I fix this error or get the licenses.
It looks like you may have installed the "full" edition instead of the "starter" edition (the directory would be modelsim_ase instead of modelsim_ae). Go to the Download Center, Select by Software and make sure you choose "ModelSim-Intel FPGA Starter Edition".
