need help| simulation errors

hello everyone i use quartus II and wrote a simple program in vhdl(Im new in QUARTUS)... the compilation gone great, but in the simulation it found few errors screenshot below: http://img44.imageshack.us/img44/4895/97302724.jpg please help me solve this

Can you send me your quartus archive project? I think there is some problem in your vector waveform file.

here is the project link below: http://rapidshare.com/files/281612222/uart_frq.rar.html The purpose of the program is get in "frqin" pin 24MHz (period 41.6nsec) and give output "frquot" in 153.6KHz (153600Hz =~ period 5.51usec)
