openCL SDK licence

Hello,

in the Quartus Prime documentation, it is listed that the openCL SDK is only available with the Standard and Pro edition. However, I've seen this community post that says it is possible to use the Lite version with the openCL SDK as long as we obtain a license for the openCL SDK. I've not been able to find much information for requesting a license, and there is also the issue of the discontinuation notice. Could you help guide me to the correct page, support category or contact info that might be able to resolve this?

EDIT: I've realized there is another forum specific regarding licensing issues, will repost there. I don't see a way to delete this post.
