quartus prime cannot prepare an design template

I am download an example from

When i open then design template ,I get a error like this :

Try a different destination directory.  Or maybe it's because you used / instead of \.  It's Windows so it's weird.

I try a different destination directory and used "/"instead of "\", then get a same ERRO.

Are you using the correct version of Quartus?  Templates are version specific as noted on the download page for this.
