quartus11.1 i2c ipcore

hi all: 

i am using quartus 11.1 for a project. now i want to make a i2c core for i2c interface.but the quartus doesn't have the free edition.how could i have a free edition or a Evaluation edition.

There aren't any official Altera I2C IP core available, but there is one on OpenCores.org that works quite well.
