Hi,

I will investigate what and how .rpd configure the jtag or have another way to do jtag configuration.

Hi,

file.rpd is generated from (.pof) with the Convert Programming Files dialog box on the File menu or the quartus_cpf utility.

So, this is only way for now to configure without change the MSEL.
