Hi,
What's the lowest density Agilex 5 supports 8GB of LPDDR4? I'd appreciate if someone can point me to the correct documentation that shows which device density supports 8GB.
Our project requires at least 2 HPS (quad preferred) and 8GB of memory. The project will use Linux OS and has minimal FPGA logic requirement and also don't require any transceivers.
Thanks,
Jol

Any Agilex 5 SoC would support this: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/817467/25-1/external-memory-interfaces-emif-ip-lpddr4.html
I notice the spec estimator doesn't even have an option for memory density, just 64 bit data bus support and number of chip selects: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/programmable/support-resources/support-centers/emif-spec-estimator.html

Hi Jol,
You can refer to this for density, https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/762191/current/fpgas-and-socs-package-options.html
For EMIF refer to this, https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/docs/programmable/762191/current/fpgas-and-socs-e-series.html
