I want to know when the preview instance can be readay.

I want to know when the preview instance can be readay. I just can see there is only one instance is ready. 6th Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors Advanced Processor. I request 12 weeks. But it only give me 2 weeks. Why?

 

I try to extends 14 days for the 6th Generation Intel® Xeon® Scalable processors Advanced Processor. I do not get any reply

 

Also when the other instance can be ready?

You see from the attachment. Why all the gpu and ai preview instance are all disappear?

 

and what Waitlisted is? when the instance can be ready?

Thank you for your patience. Please find our response to your questions below:

 

1. Why did some of the requested preview instances disappear from the Preview Instances tab?

 

Users can request for as many weeks as they want. However, ITAC (Intel Tiber AI Cloud) will assign to users depending on priority, availability, and the company the user is from. Please continue to use the approved instance for 2 weeks and request additional every 2 weeks. If possible, ITAC will keep extending the reservation, but there's no guarantee to it. 

 

2. How long does a requested preview instance take to change from "Pending Review" to "Ready" state?

 

It depends on the availability of the instance and justification of the request.

 

3. What does "Waitlisted" state mean? 

 

Waitlisted means that the requested preview instance is in the queue. When the instance is available, it is assigned (approved).

 

4. Why hasn't the user received any response after applying for the cloud coupon?

 

After requesting for cloud credits via this link using your company or university email address, kindly expect some delays in receiving the cloud credits due to high demand. Additionally, please note that using a personal email to apply for the cloud credits will not be entertained. Kindly be informed that you need to have a strong justification to get the cloud credits request approved. The decision to approve or reject your request falls out of our control, and this is done purely by management.

Kindly be informed that when a requested preview instance does not get approval for too long, the preview instance will disappear and the user can request again. For your information, the user needs to provide a solid justification in order to get the instance approval, as we have very limited capacity available. Especially Gaudi2, which is in very high demand, and many are on the waiting list.

 

Regarding the cloud credits, we regret to inform you that we rarely provide cloud credits. However, for your case, we suggest clicking on the Learning Tab which allows you to access those systems for free.
