I have tested on my end, and everything appears to be working fine. I am able to launch JupyterLab's training without any issue at this moment:

Could you please sign out and sign in again to your Intel Developer Cloud Console account, and then try to relaunch JupyterLab to see if it works? If not, do let us know for further investigation.
