Request: option in the MKL Link Advisor to use the Fortran 95 interfaces to Lapack, Blas

Request: option in the MKL Link Advisor to use the Fortran 95 interfaces to Lapack, Blas. When a user selects this option, the appropriate -lmkl_lapack95 -lmkl_blas95 libraries would be added to the link line.
