this version is no longer support and we removed this version from intel registration center.
Why do you use this version?
You can try to evaluate the lates 10.3 beta as an example? see here how to do that.

MKL 9.0 was released over 4 years ago and pre-dates the MKL layered (separate interface/threading/computational libraries) model. Plus, it isn't optimized for the many processors which have released since that time. Is there a reason you prefer or need to use MKL 9.0 versus our latest releases - MKL 10.2.6 is available and MKL 10.3 is coming soon?
