- AMT Server: Intel® Management Presence Server (MPS)
- Test PC: Dell Latitude 7330
- Wi-Fi: Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz
- Client OS: Windows 10 64bit
- USB Provisioning
USB provisioning is finished and you have to click "Get Technical Help" in the Intel AMT tap in the Intel management and security status, then Connection Status: Connected and Wi-Fi becomes unconnected.
Each time the computer is rebooted, the above process must be repeated so that Intel vPro works and Wi-Fi is disconnected each time.
I'm looking for a way to stay connected without clicking "Get Technical Help".
If connection Status: Connected is displayed by clicking "Get Technical Help", AMT operates normally.
If you look at the AMT information with rpc.exe, you will see the following.
C:\rpc>rpc.exe amtinfo

Hello, HyunDuk,
We reviewed the case and want to confirm how you are provisioning the machines. Please let us know the software used for provisioning. Did you use Intel® Endpoint Management Engine, MeshCommander (third-party), or another?
In addition, please give us the answer to the questions below:
How many endpoints will be provisioned?
The endpoints will be in the same LAN of the Server or remotely.
Give us a brief explanation of the final purpose of the configuration.
I look forward to hearing from you; if there is no response to this email, we will send you a follow-up on 3/10/2023.
Regards,
Miguel C.

Problem solved.
It was solved by updating the firmware and installing the 2302 version of ME.
It was an ME driver issue.
