Dear Sir/Madam,
I get this message "Endpoint is not routable" when i try to turn on a remote machine via powershell.
Other machines seem to work - sometimes i need to update the bios and/or uninstall and re-install the ema agent - and then those machines will work.
I tried this (updating bios - no newer bios found - and removing and re-installing the ema agent) on this HP G8 machine and it still would not work.
Can you please help?
Kindest regards
Yasser

Hello, YasserA,
Do you mind providing us with more details to understand the issue?
Please include the following:
Intel® EMA version running in the server.
Operating System running in the server.
Please send the API sample script that you are running.
Are the endpoint and server in the same domain?
Is EMA running in Client or Admin control mode?
Please include the PC model and current AMT version.

Dear Sergio/Miguel,
We are using TLS relay - could this be the reason the machine won't turn on?
i.e. because it may not have a neighbouring machine in the same subnet to wake it up?
Is that how TLS relay works?
If so - then what would happen if all machines were off in a subnet? Could we then not power any of them on?
Kindest regards
Yasser
Hello, YasserA,
The Cira option provides the option to access endpoints from the EMA web console without having nearby machines (endpoints).
The TLS relay option requires nearby machines.
I will gladly provide further assistance if necessary.
