Hello JWMillet3,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
To provide you with the assistance needed we will require the following information:
1-What EMA version are you currently using?
2-How many endpoints are in your deployment?
3-Are all of the endpoints using the same AMT version?
4-Has this happened with previous EMA versions?
5-Have you made any recent changes on the affected endpoints? If yes, what changes did you make?
6-From what I understand the 4 systems are all provisioned in ACM (admin control mode) correctly?
7-Is the affected system up to date with all the latest updates (OS, drivers, and BIOS)?
8-Please provide the following report from the affected endpoint and one of the endpoints that are properly working.
Installation:
Double-click the .msi file and follow the prompts.
Run:
a- Open a command prompt as administrator.
b- Navigate to the installation folder (default C:\Program Files (x86)\Intel\EMAConfigTool).
c- Run the command: EMAConfigTool.exe -filename XXXX –verbose
9-The following logs will be required as well:
EMA logs from Server:
[System drive]\Program File(x86)\Intel\Platform Manager\EmaLogs
EMA log from the endpoint:
[System drive]\Program Files\Intel\EMA Agent\EMAagentlog
Note: We will need this one from one of the affected endpoints and from one of the endpoints that are properly working.
Best regards,
Victor G.

I'm getting the info.
How do I get these files to you. I don't want to post all the data to this thread.

1-What EMA version are you currently using?
v.1.10.0.0
2-How many endpoints are in your deployment?
386
3-Are all of the endpoints using the same AMT version?
No. We've got v12 to v16.1.25
4-Has this happened with previous EMA versions?
Yes. I know for sure that it was prevalent in v1.7.1.0 and v1.6.10 but it may have even been happening in v1.4.0.0
5-Have you made any recent changes on the affected endpoints? If yes, what changes did you make?
The computer broke and had its mainboard and hard drive replaced. It was fully removed from EMA before the computer returned to us. When it arrived we provisioned it as a new computer.
6-From what I understand the 4 systems are all provisioned in ACM (admin control mode) correctly?
Yes, the computers were all provisioned with the same agents using the same conifguration. The agents were created Sept 2021 and have provisioned 20 to 30 2n1/Laptops without this issue.
7-Is the affected system up to date with all the latest updates (OS, drivers, and BIOS)?
Yes its a dell computer running Windows 11 (10.0.22621) and dell command is ran on each computer before provisioning for EMA to get the latest drivers and firmware.
I have all the log files you requested. Let me know the best way to get them to you.

Hello, JWMillet3,
Thank you for answering our questions.
I am sending you a private message, please send the EMA server log and the EMA configuration log from a working machine and the non-working machine.
I understand the endpoints were configured in Admin control mode since the beginning, and the user consent option was disabled in the EMA profile; however, 1 PC keeps requesting the user consent code.
