Pixel Shader: Do I REALLY support it?

I have a problem.

My laptop has a Mobile Intel 945G Express Chipset. According to the website, this supports Pixel Shader 2.0.

However, I cannot play any games that require it. They say I don't have it.

I have the newest drivers and DirectX, so this is very confusing.

Is there any way I can fix this?
