For a smaller-volume production run, you have the option of ordering the standard D415 Depth Module from an Intel Authorized Distributor company and producing your own casing for it. Intel provide full details for system integrators to develop their own housing solution in the data sheet document for the 400 Series cameras.
The very last page of the current edition of the document provides details for producing the transparent sensor 'cover material' to a light wavelength specification that will work with the IR sensors.
