This problem occurred to somebody else a few weeks ago. An Intel support agent recommended looking at this forum link of a case with the same error on the same camera type (410 is a 415 type camera without an outer casing):

Hello Lab,
Thank you for your interest in the Intel RealSense D415.
In order to resolve this issue, please download the calibration tool from: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27415/%3Fv%3Dt https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/27415/?v=t and then run the command: Intel.Realsense.CustomRW.exe -g
Please let us know if it's working!
Thank you,
Eliza
Hello Lab,
If the calibration was successful, but you still have this view, please check the below workaround for Windows 10: https://communities.intel.com/community/tech/realsense/blog/2018/01/23/workarounds-for-driver-installation-errors-for-intel-realsense-d400-series-in-windows-10 https://communities.intel.com/community/tech/realsense/blog/2018/01/23/workarounds-for-driver-installation-errors-for-intel-realsense-d400-series-in-windows-10
Please let me know the outcome!
Regards,
Eliza
Hello Lab,
A couple of days ago we released a new version of the calibration tool that may fix your issue.
Download and install the Calibration Tool again and then run Intel.Realsense.CustomRW.exe -r and then send us the output - I attached a photo as an example. Run Intel.Realsense.CustomRW.exe -g to recover the calibration table.
Regards,
Alexandra
