The solution is to ignore the string test. Your processor is too old.

Sir thanks for your reply, however I find it strange the ipdt 64​ utility would clear all other test in the list except string test. Kindly check and confirm what is missing inside the utility that it cannot detect the processor internals ? Do I need to update the processor microcode updation or firmware in order to detect the processor string kindly check and confirm. Thanks and regards Suresh bal

You are running a 15 year old processor on a DEAD operating system.

There is no microcode or firmware update.

What you need to do is come out of the dark ages, and purchase a new system that is made in this decade, not two decades ago.
