I was uncertain what you were referring to in regard to the processing speed, so I will try to provide some values, which were given by Dorodnic the RealSense SDK Manager.
- Core pose data is available at 260 Hz.
- Fish-eye streams are at 30 FPS.
- IMU rates are 200 Hz for Gyro and 62 Hz for Accel.
The T265 does not have depth sensing and needs to be paired with a depth-sensing camera such as the D435 if you need to gather depth-related data. The T265 is a very good option if you need very high quality tracking data. Otherwise, the D435i depth camera, which does have depth sensing and the same IMU component as the T265, may be sufficient for your needs.
