I couldn't find a single problem with my computer during the testing period. I have been dealing with this problem for a year with many people, including me. I think there is a factory manufacturing defect in my parts. There are a lot of fps drop cycles in games. I recently tested Pubg on Steam, GPU was at 30% and CPU was at 100%. I tried it at the highest ultra settings and the situation is the same in other settings. There is a conflict between the processor and the graphics card. My usage varies widely. Could factory production be faulty? I think my processor or graphics card is faulty. It even reached 8 fps in the game and I couldn't move.

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. Select all data categories and then have it generate a report. Next, have the tool Save the report to a text file (don't try to use the Submit capability; it doesn't work). Finally, using the Drag and drop here or browse files to attach dialog below the edit box for the body of your response post, upload and attach this file to the response post.

Ok, you do not have intel graphics, and your memory is sufficient.
Have you run the IPDT? This will take a little time, but will help with diagnosing your issue.

Your processor passed.
Is your BIOS updated?
Are your drivers updated?
Do you have any malware?
Since you do not have Intel graphics and your processor seems fine, this would indicate the issue is not an Intel issue.

I formatted the system many times. Everything is up to date. So the parts tests are fine. If I make the graphics card now, there would be no problem in this regard, but my problem is very big.
In short, we cannot say that there is no problem with this piece.
It seems that it is not possible to solve the parts without going to the authorized service.
But I suspect the GPU because the graphics card already overheats and sometimes the GPU gives all the load to the CPU.

In pubg, gta 5 and assetto corsa, the card is not even 1 year old, it saw 77 degrees
My graphics card has passed all testing stages and there is no test left that I haven't done. In some games, my graphics card gets a little too hot and I observe momentary usage drops. My guess is that there is a problem with my graphics card and when it is forced, the problem goes directly to the CPU.
