14700k problem

i have a new 14700k on a z790 gaming plus wifi motherboard from msi, i’ve used it for 6 months without a problem but in the last three months my pc randomly reboot, freeze or overheat.
Searching and asking on forums they’ve said that i’ve might have a problem with the stability of my cpu so i have runned some test with intel diagnostic tool and out of 3 times once it rebooted (i’ve done one every week and today happened that).
Somebody can help please? i really dont know what to do every time i launch a game or a designer app it frezze/crash/reboot, thanks in advance for the reply and sorry for my bad english.

!4700K  having stability issues,

!. Update the latest bios firmware, which includes 0x129

2. Reset bios to default settings  

3. Set Intel default settings as primary

I don't have 14700k, but I know the above settings are primary.

secondary adjustments are there
