14700kf unstable and fails stresstest

My pc has been unstable for some time and even after I updated to the latest bios, it is crashing. 

I've tried running the stresstest in Intel Extreme Tuning utility and the stresstest fails after less than a minute. None of the stresstests are succesful.

Bios settings are at default.

If the result is failed. There’s a chance your processor is faulty.
