Can't install Intel's Driver Support & Assistant - help!

I can't install OR uninstall Intel Driver Support and Assistant. See photos for screen shots. I've tried uninstalling directly from the Intel site, restarted, cleared the cache - it didn't work. Please help!

It seems that you are having issues with installing and uninstalling the Intel Driver & Support Assistant. Please try the recommendations below to uninstall it and let me know if it helps.

1. Open a new tab on any web browser (Firefox, Chrome, or Edge.).
2. Download and run the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant Uninstaller.
3. Accept the terms & conditions.
4. Click on Next.
5. Click on Close.

After uninstalling the application successfully, please try to download it again here.
