For warranty requests within 30 daysof the initial purchase date, it is recommended to contact yourplace of purchase (POP)for support. Most businesses have consumer protection policies that allow for direct support from the reseller, which can often be faster than contacting Intel directly. If you purchased the product inChina, specific regulations allow you to approach Intel directly on the first day of purchase if bought from a physical store, or within the first 7 days if purchased online. After 30 days, you should reach out to Intel Customer Support for warranty claims.
