Hey,
i wanted to overclock my i5 13600k with the XTU Software, using the Speed Optimizer 2.0, but it states "Intel Speed Optimizer 2.0 not supported". This is weird, because I can oc manually and everything is working fine. My Motherboard is the Gigabyte Z690 Gaming X DDR4.
Thanks for your help!

Hello @ols_de
Thank you for patiently waiting.
Please answer the following:
· What is the current Intel XTU version?
· Was the Speed Optimizer 2.0 working before with this version or with an older one?
· Please attach a screenshot showing the error/message.
Also, in order to have more information about your system, please download, install and run Intel® System Support Utility for Windows. Make sure you check “Everything” before you scan, then save the report and attach it to your response.

Hey, thanks for the reply!
- I'm currently running on XTU v7.14.0.15
- I never tried the speed optimizer before. This is my first time.
- The screenshot and report are attached.
FYI: When I start XTU, I can press "Optimize Now" once, but then the button is grayed out and the error message appears.

Same issue here. Cant access automatic overclock or speed optimizer feature declared as not supported. I have an i5 13600k on an msi z790 p wifi motherboard
Hi Intel,
Today I updated XTU and I faced exactly same error as thread owner (before update everything worked just fine). I got i5 13600KF on motherboard MSI PRO Z790-A WIFI. I'm looking forward for solution.
Kind regards.
I too face the same problem 13600k and MSI Z790 p wifi MB. used the intel OC until your last update now says speed optimizer 2.0 is not supported? whats changed??
seeing all the forums I think its safe to say the software is having issues with the i5-13600k/kf chips. I just got a brand new i5-13600k with a z690 motherboard and downloaded the app only for the optimize now button to go from blue to grey and say its not supported
