Intel core i7-12700H overheating

Hello!

My intel core i7-12700H is constantly overheating while gaming (95-100° Celsius) which leads to thermal throttling and therefore big fps drops. I dont know what to do anymore I tried disabling turbo boost..still overheating. I put the max processor speed to 40%...still overheating. I have nothing big opened in the background and the processor passes the Intel Prozessor Diagnostic Tool.

I really dont know what to do anymore. My specs are: Intel core i7-12700H, intel arc 730M and 32 GB ram. I use HWMonitor to see the temperatures.

I hope someone can help me

As you have a 12700H this is a mobile device of some form. The support department of the vendor of your hardware is probably going to be the best source of help on this issue.
