I really need help with this i cannot access my Secure boot in bios plus i cannot play half of the games that require TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot like 
Valorant, Faceit etc etc.

This is an issue that can only be resolved by the manufacturer or vendor of this motherboard. So you will need to contact them.

It seems you may lack many drivers, even of the Intel devices on your motherboard such as its chipset drivers. OTOH, I don't trust this Intel tool to be always true. There are some Intel devices it doesn't show or update.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND you download IOBits Driver Booster to install new drivers and update old ones. I would pay the $20 for the registered version to install all drivers it finds missing for windows and your other devices.

Then reboot your system and all should be good. I'm assuming you are running the latest bios from your motherboard manufacturer.

Your processor must be used in the server motherboard, which model and brand of motherboard are you using?

Check  intel PTT option in bios

Contact motherboard manufacturer, Other brand server motherboards do not include intel-integrated graphics.

Only server motherboards manufactured by Intel include drivers.
