Noctua says Xeon 3400 tray does not include carrier frame (boxed does)

Would be extremely awkward if this 0.1 cent plastic is not included with tray ed.

Seller says it is.

Need to know soon who's right / where to get, cuz it'd would halt a 10k config.

Thanks for at least trying to show some care with generic non-answer links, but I received the Asus Pro WS W790E-SAGE SE mobo hours ago and it contains the E1A and E1B carrier frames for the 3400 / 2400 series respectively.

So the https://noctua.at/en/nh-u12s-dx-4677 page is wrong and the sales rep knew his biz.
