I currently have an HPE-130fr computer equipped with an Intel Core i7 CPU 860 2.80GHz processor.
I would like to replace the processor with a new one compatible with my computer to install Windows 11.
Can you explain how to find out which processor is compatible to replace my current one?

There is no processor that you can get to upgrade so as to run windows 11.
