Support ticket going unanswered!

I have had an open ticket (# 06360643) open since 9/17. The last response I received from Intel was on 9/22 and I responded back that day with the information they request to issue me a refund for my 13900k defective processor. I responded back a 2nd time on 9/29 and still no response. This is completely unacceptable and I really need someone to help me complete this refund process! Anyone else experiencing this amount of delay with their RMA/refund process?

Just wanted to post an update. Support finally contacted me and are processed my refund. They claim they will contact me again on 10/10 but we shall see.

I totally get it. They gave me the option to get free upgrade but said was out of inventory. So I could tell it would be months before I ever got a replacement. So I just ordered a new 14900k off Amazon and once I get the refund it was only $30 more doing it that way. And since my time is worth way more than $30 for however long it would take to get the replacement I think I made the best choice. And I never received the promised update on the 10th like they said. Ticket shows updated on the 10th but no new comments or notes was posted. So I guess someone looked at my ticket on the 10th and that was it.
