I have a i7 13700k that I am looking to submit a ticket for. All day and yesterday I have been able to get through each form just fine until I click submit request and coincidentally it loads indefinitely and prevents the ticket from posting. Noticed other people posting the same thing here. It's almost as if they are intentionally trying to prevent remediating the inherent manufacturing error on their product that was sold to us for hundreds of dollars.
Looking for someone that can get me in touch with real support. Not an AI bot(which I couldn't even get ahold of). Thanks.
Just posting the answers because I've tried submitting this form around 10 times in the past 2 days. Not loading.
Additional details (Is there anything else we should know about your issue?):
Random blue screen with memory integrity errors and others. Crashes during CPU intensive programs. Game crash reports specifically site 13700k CPU instability as a likely cause, especially UE5 programs. I had previously submitted a ticket for an RMA and was offered a refund, but at the time I had no time to go through the RMA process as I needed to use the PC for work and couldn't afford to wait the shipping times and installation. Now I have time. The CPU has never been overclocked. The BIOS is updated to a post microcode fix.
Upgraded to latest BIOS and applied “Intel Default Settings”?
Yes
What steps were taken to troubleshoot this issue?
Reseated every component, switched out RAM, coolers, GPU, etc to ensure it is a CPU issue. Even switched to a different PSU to ensure that wasn't the point of failure. I have applied the updated BIOS that fixes the microcode issue but I am still experiencing instability and crashes which leads me to believe it has degraded. This has become the greatest headache. W intel!
Memory manufacturer & model:
Corsair Vengeance 3200mhz
Do you see any physical damage on the processor?
No
BIOS Version:
American Megatrends Inc. 1805, 10/30/2024
I will provide the serial code, batch number, and receipt upon being referred to support.
