On every boot, I got the WHEA-Logger error, event id 1. It just slow down the boot process and didn't cause BSOD.
Crash dump using WinDbg is as follows:

Parameter 2 holds the address of the nt!_WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure that describes the error condition. Try !errrec Address of the nt!_WHEA_ERROR_RECORD structure to get more details. The spec of my machine using Intel SSU is as attached.
Appreciate if you help to diagnose what's the root cause of the hardware error?
Thanks.

Hello nkok,
Thank you for posting on Intel Community Forum.
For me to address this properly, I'll need more information from you. Please share the information below.
1. Was this working fine before?
2. Are there any recent changes with the system?
3. What troubleshooting steps has been performed?
4. Have you checked the other components individually?
I look forward to your response.
Best regards,

- Used Lenovo Vantage Commercial software to perform ALL hardware test, all pass
- Event id 6062, Netntw14.sys happened all the time. Thought the network card was causing the WHEA-Logger event id 1. Perform hardware test but it passed. Googled and fix it by changing the registry value.
- Yesterday contacted Lenovo Premium Support, use the Lenovo Diagnostics Evolution and found out that the NVidia RTX3070 failed the test. Now I am waiting for part replacement on 19/5/2025.

Hello nkok,
Thank you for providing all the necessary information. As the Nvidia RTX 3070 did not pass the diagnostic test and a replacement unit is being arranged, we will pause further action for now. Please do not hesitate to inform me if the same issue recurs.
Best regards,

Hi Jed,
After replacing the motherboard, the WHEA-Logger event id is gone, but surprisingly the NVidia RTX 3070 still failed the Lenovo Evolution Diagnostics for DirectCompute Standard Mathematical Operations Test and DirectCompute Advanced Mathematical Operations Test. Also it gives rise to new error, event id 7043: The Lenovo Intelligent Thermal Solution Service service did not shut down properly after receiving a pre-shutdown control.
For now I think these error were not related to Intel, you can close the case.
Thanks.
