Hi there,

I am working on a major military program for which our requires MTBF data on processors, specifically the Xeon E5-2618 v4, and Core i3-6100U and i7-7700, which are component parts of servers and other units to be utilized in the system.

Are you able to provide this information or direct me towards a reliable source of this information?
