I answered in your other conversation (which still has the part number wrong). Repeating here...

The Core i3-2328M is a long-discontinued 2nd gen processor from 2012.

As you can see in the Security & Reliability information here, this processor supports VT-x but does not support VT-d.

Now, whether VT-x is enabled is a function of the motherboard's BIOS. If this BIOS does not provide support for enabling the feature, then you won't be able to use it.
