I bought an i9 11900F which has caused me constant crashes in games and Windows restarts. When I manage the processor's power from the Windows "Power Plan" tool at 99%, the processor works at its base speed of 2.50Ghz when it is limited, but when I set it to 100% and the processor runs at higher Ghz, the constant crashes start, even in cinebench

Hi CapuchoA,
Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.
In order for me to better investigate the issue, I would like to clarify the following:
a. To avoid duplicating your previous troubleshooting, I would like to ask what other steps were taken to troubleshoot this issue aside from managing the power plan settings of the system?
b. Was the processor purchased less than 30 days ago?
c. Is there any sign of physical damage on the processor?
Regards,
Ernesto C.
