Use the Intel Default Settings (IDS) option in the BIOS. As this mode is a set of inter-related settings it is recommended not to manually alter these settings or over-ride them with any form of software.
All the latest drivers may have already been installed but to make sure you can use ASUS DriverHub that can be downloaded from here .
Your CPU can be checked with the Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool that can be downloaded from from here . Be aware that this utility will stress the processor from the outset.
Ensure you have the latest graphics drivers for your GPU.
Are the games that crash producing any log files or error messages with any information about what the cause is?
