I take it this is version 7.14.2.14, the correct one for your processor. There is another version for earlier generations of CPUs.
One thing you could do is to update the Visual C++ Redistributable Runtime files on your PC to the latest versions. A convenient way of doing this is the Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes All-in-One utility that can be downloaded from here . The files extracted from the resulting ZIP file will include install_all.bat, right click on this file and run it. This will then update the files. Restart your PC when this process is complete and try the install again.
