Error Starting ISS

I was using the NiosII IDE 9.0sp2, when I degug the project using the NiosII Instruction Set Simulator, after about half minute, it appeared a textbox to warn me that Error starting ISS - see console for details 

and there isn't any details in the console at all. 

How to solve this problem?  

And more strangely, when i remove the JTAG UART from the nios system in SOPC build. The problem disappered and the debug ran well.:confused:

I am getting the same error. Can U elaborate what u have done to (exact step) debug that error?
